What I love most about Kinesiology............

When I first learned about this modality and after having a few sessions with a qualified practitioner, it was like finding a special key to access the magic of my inner world.

The challenges I faced seemed insurmountable and held such power over me. Over time I was able to build up my own personal reservoir of tools to help me deal with them. 

My emotional and physical issues began to heal. I began to unravel the mysteries that my body had been trying to tell me and bring light onto that which had been hidden for years. 

It's like a jigsaw puzzle and once the pieces are finally all joined together, it feels so empowering. I am becoming more closely aligned with my soul's purpose, my truth and my heart's wisdom.

Matters of the Heart


Reflecting on what is important to me right now in my life, especially with the challenges we are faced with in the world today. 

I asked myself "Am I living my life to my fullest potential?" 

To find the answer I went deep within my heart space through meditative practice. I allow my body to relax completely, breathe deeply, feeling safe and connected to my inner world. 

There I feel a deep connection to all encompassing love and I feel gratitude for all that exists in that present moment. I see myself as a pure and loving being and can let go of any attachments to people, things and outcomes and just be. 

I feel whole, I feel supported and know that everything is how it should be and the Universe is always working for us. The answer to my question is YES because all truth lies within the NOW and our connection with our higher consciousness is love. Fear is transformed into a more grounded, heart centred attitude where wiser choices can be made.

The breath is a powerful vehicle for energy. Conscious breathing techniques can facilitate the free flow of energy throughout your body, bringing a sense of calm and rejuvenation. Ancient civilisations used these practices and today we reap the benefits of this amazing wisdom.


 In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's easy to feel disconnected. Grounding and centering practices help anchor your energy, providing stability and a sense of calm connection.
